We are a multi-disciplinary team tackling nutrition and food related issues through research.
FSMRI is a research consulting business meeting the information needs of businesses and organizations producing and scaling nutritional products. The company provides technical and research solutions to private and public-sector stakeholders involved in developing, producing, distributing, and scaling food commodities, focusing on public health nutrition. FSMRI has empaneled a team of consultants with expertise in food systems, public health nutrition, agriculture, climate and natural resource management, supply chain management, and food technology. Our specialized services include qualitative and quantitative research studies such as impact assessments, market coverage surveys, feasibility studies, scalability studies, and training needs assessments, in the nutrition and allied sectors.

Meena Jadhav is a global health and nutrition professional with an international public health degree from the United States and over 15 years of progressive work experience providing technical, research, and implementation support to large-scale public health and nutrition interventions. She has published her work in international peer-reviewed journals, co-authored book chapters, and presented at international conferences on public health nutrition.

Kiran Kamble is a medical doctor, entrepreneur, and global health services researcher with 25 years of progressive experience in the health sector. His work spans across 20 countries, including some fragile/transitioning states. He has undertaken evaluation assignments for USAID, Global Fund and other international organizations and have advised the Abu Dhabi, India, South Korea and Tajikistan governments on health policies, and public health programs.

Shankar Talwar is an Impact evaluation consultant in the broader area of development, including – health, education, water and sanitation, livelihood, migration, micro-credit, and agribusiness. He has worked for more than 20 years with various national and international organizations in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Kenya, and Malawi. He has executed more than 21 research studies for clients such as World Bank, Govt. of Kerala, CRY, BASIX, Path, and FHI360, Bayer and Cyanamide.

Dr. Oluwasegun Modupe brings extensive expertise in Food and Chemical Engineering to the table. He has been involved in projects on research and development, process engineering and design, and test systems development. Dr. Modupe holds a Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the ‘University of Toronto’ focused on food engineering and has been involved in the process scale-up and technology transfer initiatives within the food industry.

Yogini Karpe is a project execution and training specialist with specialization in agribusiness and sustainable farming practices. She has worked with corporates such as Mother Diary and Nurture Farm in business development and operations. She is also a certified agriculture assayer and have led training on sustainable agricultural practices, farm mechanization, crop residue management (carbon credits), and agri-retail and e-commerce.
